Just an Update

Lets see, there arent many new events to report on from the past week. Havoc is now quite settled in, this is his house now thats for sure. I would put pictures up however, neither dog will sit still long enough to snap a good one lol. Autumn just loves him, if he wines for a second while in his crate she is right there trying to get him out! They never seem to stop when they are both out running around. They both have way too much energy lol. It seems that they just continue to fire eachother up. I havent seen them take a nap together since the first day we brought him home over a week ago! James and I are now going on our 3rd week of school, and so far it is just wonderful! we have a class together which seems like the perfect class for us as a married couple to take. So far we are ahead in our home work for all of our classes, so with fingers crossed we will both make deans list again this term.
other than that there really isnt much else going on with us. We have been trying to fill our days with taking the kids out to play before it gets too cold for just a quick pee break.. well, thats about it for me, its late and I have to get up early again.. we are trying to be up by 7 every morning but since its saturday I may sleep in just a smidgen! I hope every one has had a wonderful week and has a wonderful next week!

So Excited for Tonight!!!!

For most people, a 30 Minute drive is not really hard to do. But it seems like for my sister and I 30 minutes worth of highway may as well be a 7 state drive! I love my sister, more than almost anything in the world. I LOVE my nieces and hate the fact that I really dont get to see them or spend time with them. But between Stephs schedule, 2 kids, and husband and my husband, school and being broke. we never really get to spend quality time together. That is why I am so excited for tonight. My sister invited me to go to a fashion show! haha I have never been to a fashion show in my life, hell I never even thought about going to one! To be honest my girly IQ is like 3. I can curl my hair, but it takes me at least an hour and it doesnt stay curly, I can put on some make up, but I wear makeup MAYBE 1 time a week. Thats about it, dont ask me if an outfit matches or even looks good, I have no clue.
My sister on the other hand, well she always looks absolutely beautiful, she always has on cute outfits, she gets her hair done regularly ( I cut mine by myself once a year, it is usually just in a pony tail!) And she does all this with KIDS!!! can you believe it! haha She is AMAZING!!!
Any who back to my original point, it seems that when we try to talk on the phone, which I make it a point to try and call at least once a week, that something comes up and we really dont get to talk. And most of the time when I go over there, we can talk a little between kids needs.
I cannot remember one time when just my sister and I did something fun together. It is absolutely no ones fault, its just life, she cannot think about herself right now, and I am usually broke even if she had spare time to do something lol! So I am so excited to see my sister tonight just the two of us. I think probably tonight is going to be one of the best days I have had in a really long time. I wish that I could see her more often. I really do, I wish that James could just stay with the kids and we could go shopping, or get a bite to eat.
Stephanie is the person that I look up to most in my life. I always have.
I think that she is one of the most amazing woman influences in my life. She is so smart, and Funny, and motivated. In my experience, I have not had good experiences with "motherly" figures. Now as I get to see all that Steph does for her children and Husband, I cannot help but pray to be like her. I am still working out a lot of the kinks in my own personality. Because of my feelings toward my sister, I feel horrible for constantly talking to her about the heavy things in my life and heart. I guess sometimes I feel like if I can just tell her every thing that it will go away. But I know it wont. I feel bad because I know that she gets frustrated or annoyed with all of the things that I have to talk to her about. I cannot blame her one bit! I really cant, I always seem to have problems that need solving, and I have NO IDEA how to approach her as a listener. I know that everyone needs listeners, But she is just so damn strong, I have a hard time even imagining her needing to vent. I know that is so freakin stupid! Everyone needs to vent sometimes! I have really been working on trying to be her friend. I hope that tonight turns out to be a great oppertunity for us to have some fun!
so all in all I am really excited to spend some quality time with my amazing sister!

Looks can be decieving!

He looks like he is the sweetest thing in the entire world!!!
But his name is Havoc for a reason!

The Definition of Havoc!

Havoc–noun
1. great destruction or devastation; ruinous damage. –verb (used with object)
2. to work havoc upon; devastate. –verb (used without object)
3. to work havoc: The fire havocked throughout the house. —Idioms
4. cry havoc, to warn of danger or disaster.
5. play havoc with,
a. to create confusion or disorder in: The wind played havoc with the papers on the desk.
b. to destroy; ruin: The bad weather played havoc with our vacation plans.

Ok so we brought our new baby home last night, and I can tell you with absolute certainty that this is the tiredest I have ever been in my entire life! His name fits him to a T!
In no way is he "naughty" or a bad dog, but he has been here one day, not even 24 hours and he has honestly wreaked Havoc among our lives lol.
He is not quite 6 weeks old, therefore it is a little bit harder for him to adjust then it would be if he were 8 weeks old. Unfortunately his breeder had to leave the state and would not be back for a few months so it was either get him early or get him way too late!
I want to mention that he is absolutely adjusting well, Autumn loves him, and he most certainly loves her! so that is a wonderful thing that we were definitely concerned about. He is going potty outside already and lets us know when he has to go so that is wonderful!
The only downside as of now is that he is a boisterous little shit! he loves to hear himself talk and sang to us alllllll night last night!
He hates his crate which is understandable, and Autumn hates when I put him in it, she thinks its the cruelest thing ever, so she will lie right next to it so he doesn't get lonely!
last night he did not sleep for even 20 minutes, he was so loud that we had to move him into the other room, shut that door, shut our door, turn on our air conditioner, and radio! and we still had to sleep with pillows over our head!
But today he is doing wonderfully, he is sleeping in his crate right now! and I think I have finally figured out how to stop the yelping! well, I am sure this is way too detailed and no one cares but I feel like it is the same feeling of sleep deprivation as having an infant, except I cannot put an infant in a cage and just let it cry! and I imagine that clapping loudly when the infant starts screaming will not quiet it as it does havoc lol!
Thank god I remembered my sister telling me to put a warm bottle of water in the crate with him!!! it seems to be the best invention or idea I have ever heard of in my entire life!
